Second Mississippi city passes major LGBTQ-inclusive non-discrimination ordinance

MAGNOLIA, Miss. — Thursday, the Magnolia, Miss., Board of Aldermen unanimously enacted a city-wide non-discrimination protections that included sexual orientation and gender identity in housing, public accommodations and employment.
