The Consul General of Mexico Ambassador Marcela Celorio will be honored this Sunday, Dec. 3 at the 42nd Annual Nicky Awards at the Courtyard Marriott Liberty Station.
“Ambassador Celorio has been a strong and vocal advocate of the civil rights of all people,” stated San Diego City Commissioner Nicole Murray Ramirez (the founder of the “gay academy awards of San Diego”).
