In honor of St. Francis of Assisi Day, come to St. Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral for their annual Blessing of the Animals celebration at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 8. All animals, big and small, are welcome. And all are welcome, too—no matter who you are or where you are on your journey of faith.
Musician Pavel Chvistek and band will play Polish bluegrass before, during, and after the 10:30 a.m. service. There will be a procession (all dogs must be on a leash) at 10:30 a.m. Then, after the service, here will be blessing stations along Sixth Ave.
