James Middleton, younger brother to Kate Middleton and among the latest additions to the British royal family, has found himself in the midst of a minor scandal after indiscreet photos re-surfaced in the wake of his sister’s wedding to Prince William.
According to US Magazine, the photos reveal James Middleton in various states of semi-undress (including boxer shorts and a skimpy French maid uniform), occasionally nude and, in one instance, simulating gay sexual acts with a friend.
This isn’t the first time the photos have found their way into public forums, despite their alleged security on a private Facebook profile. Yet sources claim that “James is just a typical lad” and that the pictures, taken during his first year at university, represent little more than “silly things done for laughs.”
The magazine’s source also said that James “has grown up a lot since then” and is “a good guy” whose wild ways are far behind him. In the meantime, however, the photo leak has boosted the phrase “James Middleton gay” to the top of the Google search list associated with his name.
