San Diego-based premiere consumer electronics audio company 1MORE USA Inc. has announced it will be boycotting sales to North Carolina until HB2 is repealed.
Just a few weeks ago the North Carolina Senate passed HB2, a law that effectively excludes protections based on sexual orientation or gender identity. There are many groups, companies, businesses, and individuals working to repeal the law and in an act of solidarity for those businesses 1MORE will suspend its sales to North Carolina.
In a press release 1MORE issued the following statement, “1MORE believes that music is food for the soul and should be available to all people regardless of race, color, age, creed or otherwise. In line with 1MORE’s corporate philosophy, the #MusicForAll campaign reflects 1MORE’s desire for equality in all aspects of life.”
