Seán Cullen
Seán Cullen is a multiple award winning, multi-talented performer. As a triple Gemini and Canadian Comedy Award winner Seán is impossible to categorize with his unique comedy, acting, writing and musical talents. Music in Motion: Dance and The Firebird
Rhythm and dance are the inspiring forces of this Jacobs Masterworks program that features a world premiere orchestration by Gabriela Frank (based on her chamber works and commissioned by the San Diego Symphony) that will be accompanied by dancers of San Diego’s dynamic Malashock Dance. Also featured: Alberto Ginastera’s Harp Concerto with Yolanda Kondonassis and Igor Stravinsky’s pulse-pounding 1945 suite of his famous 1910 ballet, The Firebird.
