Nicole Crowther, a regular extra on the set of “Glee,” has been fired after tweeting  a message to her followers that betrayed the outcome of a pivotal “Prom” episode of the hit series.

After posting the message, “K is PQ and Ka is PK (sic)” and inciting speculation that Kurt (played by Chris Colfer) will be crowned Prom Queen and Dave Karofsky (Max Adler) will win Prom King in the show’s high-profile gay storyline, Crowther found herself in the hot seat with producer Brad Falchuk.

Falchuk lashed out at Crowther, writing “who are you to spoil something talented people have spent months to create?” and “hope you’re qualified to do something besides work in entertainment.”

In response, Crowther wrote, “they are not doing reshoots because of my careless mistake so shut up haters and leave me alone. Grow up and get a life.”

In the wake of the gay plot leak, “Glee” production studio 20th Century Fox is considering requiring all show employees, extras and stars alike, to sign non-disclosure agreements to prevent such incidents in the future.
