New Tide ad makes fun of anti-gay religious right (VIDEO)

Procter & Gamble are capitalizing on the current wave of ant-gay fervor from the religious right with a new commercial for their Tide To Go product.

The commercial features a Kim Davis lookalike who initially appears to come across as a religious zealot. But unlike the real Rowan County, KY. clerk the individual in the commercial is more concerned about stains rather than preventing the same-sex couple getting married!

Procter & Gamble announced its support of marriage equality in late 2014, after a federal court upheld a same-sex marriage ban in the company’s home state of Ohio.
