LGBT discrimination does exist in Sweden as two Swedish journalists from STLHM Panda discovered as they conducted an experiment to find out if revealing you’re gay would make a difference to the hiring process.
The Advocate reports that one candidate, Olle, was openly gay with plenty of experience; the other job seeker, a straight man named Konrad, had limited experience. The straight candidate was offered the job.
