Sobriety comes out of the closet: Come visit the LLLAC ‘Coffee Terrace’ at SD Pride July17-18

The Live and Let Live Alano Club (LLLAC) Sobriety Community Center will hold its 32nd Exclusive Coffee Cart at San Diego Pride, July 17 and 18, complete with a variety of healthy habits to replace addictive behaviors including laughter yoga, Tai Chi, boot camp fitness, spirituality and meditation.  In addition to regularly scheduled recovery meetings our Sobriety Village space will be used to demonstrate that a sober life can be healthy, spiritual and full of fun.

The Alano Club has held several community workshops including: Freedom from Smoking, PrEP/HIV prevention and Suicide Prevention at their location at 1730 Monroe Ave. in San Diego.

It is time for the participants of LGBTQ Pride to understand that the recovery community is vibrant, healthy and active and we encourage our members to replace past addictive behavior with healthy habits or activities.

The Live and Let Live Alano Club (LLLAC) has been a San Diego institution for over 31 years providing services to the LGBT community. The LLLAC is one of the oldest organizations, continuously serving LGBT nonprofits in San Diego and has positively impacted tens of thousands of  lives.
