It’s the largest gay dance festival in the world when men from around the globe converge for White Party, the three-day long annual spectacular, April 8-11 in Palm Springs. With the entertainers scheduled to appear this year, however, you might mistake the White Party for a music festival.
“Again this year, we’ve got incredible breakthrough talent performing live on stage, along with a global superstar DJ line-up including Dave Aude, Freemasons, Manny Lehman and Peter Rauhofer,” said White Party producer Jeffrey Sanker.
Red-hot Australian dance music sensation Zoe Badwi kicks off the weekend, performing her hit songs “Release Me,” “Freefallin” and more at the Boxers or Briefs Boot Camp Party.
Saturday’s headline performers are divided into the several main events. At the Spring Break Pool Party, pop dance diva and The Vampire Diaries star Kat Graham and underground club phenomena Jessie And The Toy Boys perform. Swedish pop sensation Robyn performs at the Saturday night main event at the Palm Springs Convention Center. Also, direct from Las Vegas, select performers from Zumanity, appear live throughout the evening to dazzle and amaze with their signature brand of cutting-edge entertainment. Late night Saturday at Nocturnal After Hours, adult star Brodie Newport makes a special live appearance to bring you inside “Motel 666.”
On Sunday afternoon, the largest outdoor T Dance event in North America is unleashed directly across from the Palm Springs Convention Center. The legendary Charo hits the stage with her hot new dance single “Sexy Sexy” and pop music chart-topper Alexis Jordan sings her smash hits “Happiness” and “Good Girl.” Edgy, British pop-rocker Natalia Kills will perform at the Closing Party on Sunday night, along with Wynter Gordon.
White Party is famous for presenting un-announced, top-secret guest performers. Past guest stars have included Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Ke$ha and Tony Braxton. “Stay tuned for more amazing announcements to come soon,” Sanker said.
VIP passes are sold out. Weekend passes are available for $410 ($370 pre-sale price) and includes admission to four main events. For tickets and more information, log on to jeffreysanker.com.
