SAN DIEGO, Calif. — Tuesday, July 7, 2015, the producers of top2bottom, a gay talk show, are hosting an open casting call at Urban Mo’s Bar and Grill (308 University Avenue, 92103) from 5pm to 9pm. The producers are seeking gay and bisexual guys who live in the Greater San Diego Region and are over the age of 21 to become the co-hosts and faces of San Diego’s hottest new talk show. With the diversity of the LGBT community living in the region, top2bottom is interested in people of varying age, occupation, levels of education, and residential location within Southern California.
top2bottom, a production of The Community Engagement Multimedia Project (CEMP) is a weekly interactive talk show featuring diverse co-hosts who, more often than not, bring wildly different perspectives to the discussion. Each episode navigates the adventures of gay dating, relationships, sex, health and culture: exposing the experiences and defining the “DOs” and “DON’Ts”. It’s wisdom and wit for every gay guy.
“The purpose for producing top2bottom is to create a platform where various voices can be heard concerning gay life. The only way to have a truly organic show is to hold an open casting call to create the diverse panel of co-hosts. The other producers and I are aiming to ensure that the show will be instinctive and original.” Says Jared Hall, executive producer of top2bottom.
