Judy and Dennis Shepard joined “The View”, Friday to talk about the new documentary about their son, “Matt Shepard is a Friend of Mine.”
The film tells the story about their son, Matthew, and his life and tragic death.
Michele Josue, a close friend of Matthew’s, directed the film and also appeared with the family on the show.
“The good is there he is,” Judy said. “You get to see him laugh as a kid…you get to hear him laugh and see what he looks like and his smiling face and that’s wonderful, and then it’s over and he’s gone again.”
