San Diego Multicultural LGBT Literary Foundation’s North County LGBT Book Fair is back and better than ever! The Fair will be held Saturday, Jan. 31 from 10 a.m. -6 p.m. at the North County LGBTQ Resource Center, 510 North Coast Highway in Oceanside.
The fair will have over 300 titles, a massive young adult fiction section, and plenty of new releases as well as classics in fiction, poetry, and memoir. Patrons are invited to peruse the titles and stock up because this is the only place you will find many of these books. Plus, they have a special surprise if they sell 100 titles!
The Fair will have books by African American, Korean, Haitian, Nigerian, Chinese, Native American, Japanese, Chilean, Jewish, Southern, Chicano/a, Argentine, Puerto Rican, Cuban, Filipino/a, Indian, Moroccan, Iranian and Euro-American writers so you are guaranteed to have an extremely diverse selection for your LGBT reading choices.
Come out and pick up a book or three! All proceeds go toward funding their upcoming International Women’s Day event and funding our ReadOut program.
