SAN DIEGO – At their first meeting of the new year, Jan. 7, Lambda Archives San Diego welcomed in new officers and board members.
New elected board officers are Maureen Steiner, president; Cheli Mohamed, vice president; Haydee Sam, treasurer; Chuck Kaminski, secretary.
New board members include Drew Ector, Fernando Lopez, Robert Mahlowitz, and Haydee Sam. They will join existing members Vicky Heithaus, Chuck Kaminski, Cheli Mohamed, Thomas Negron, Omar Passons, Maureen Steiner and Garold Wampler.
“Lambda Archives San Diego has been working hard over the last year to develop a board that can honor the roots of community and is prepared to take on the challenges ahead as we work to expand and enhance the growing needs of our organization,” said Maureen Steiner, Lambda Archives board president. “We are confident in the professional capacity of each of our board members and I am personally very excited to see all that we can accomplish together for our community.”
