‘The Gayest Compilation Ever Made: Volume II’ album now available

BROOKLYN, NY — LGBTQ organization, Everyone is Gay has released The Gayest Compilation Ever Made: Volume II. The album features artists like Ingrid Michaelson and Greg Laswell (performing “Everybody Loves”), Greg Holden(“Boys in the Street”), Justin Pierre of Motion City Soundtrack (“Everything That Hurts”), Jenny Owen Youngs, Mal Blum, Allison Weiss, and more.

Everyone is Gay began as an advice Web site for all with a focus on LGBTQ youth. With more than 7,000,000 page views to date, the organization works to improve the lives of LGBTQ youth using a three-pronged approach: providing honest advice to these youth while keeping them laughing; talking to students across the country in an effort to create caring, compassionate school environments; and working with parents of LGBTQ kids to help foster an ongoing dialogue and deeper understanding.

The Gayest Compilation Ever Made: Volume II was created to promote the organization’s recent Indiegogo campaign, which raised more than $53,000 in just 30 days. The campaign gathered funding to begin Everyone Is Gay’s newest initiative, The Parents Project, and was featured in places such as The Huffington Post and The Advocate, and shared by people like Sean Hayes, Neil Gaiman, and the band F.U.N. The Parents Project will be a one-of-its-kind digital presenceto help parents of LGBTQ youth, and will launch this March.

The album is available for download here.
