Senior housing
Dear Editor,
As my spouse, Dan Mock, and I have visited family at senior housing and an assisted living center over the past few years, we have begun the conversation about our own retirement and long term plans.
I read your article in the LGBT Weekly (Dec. 19) with great hope that we can create inclusive and welcoming places for our seniors in more low income and assisted living facilities. The partnership with the Community Housing Works (CHW) and The Center is very exciting. I only hope more such collaborations will continue.
Thank you for shining a light on this important issue for our community.
