I am hoping that you can help me understand how Steven Blocker won an award for volunteering when he is a paid employee of SD Pride and the community work he does is part of his job which he complains about having to do that as it is. Last year I was puzzled about this but let it go. Now I’m a little angry with the fact that he is again nominated this year.
