Bob Filner to be guest speaker at 2013 GSDBA Business Awards Luncheon: June 20

SAN DIEGO — The Greater San Diego Business Association (GSDBA) will hold their annual Business Awards Luncheon Thursday, June 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Sheraton Mission Valley Hotel, 1433 Camino del Rio South in San Diego.

The special guest speaker will be the Honorable Bob Filner, mayor, City of San Diego. The winners will be profiled at the luncheon where Jeff Gelder will function as the master of ceremonies.

Along with their outstanding achievements, the individuals, companies and organizations are acknowledged for demonstrating excellence and mastery in business or profession and upholding the values and business success for which GSDBA stands. They openly support issues and provide services that benefit and enhance the health, spirit, pride and diversity of LGBT individuals and the community. They are involved with associations and political issues or community-wide causes that contribute significantly to one or more local LGBT organizations.
