The GSDBA will be holding a workshop Jan. 16 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Metlife Building,
3131 Camino Del Rio North 8th Floor, Suite 850. The workshop, Build Your Own Business Plan, will be presented by Nancy Fredericks of SalesLink and will cover the steps in strategic planning; explore the basic components and key content in a written business plan and how to integrate goals and objectives into a working plan.
This workshop is limited to only 30 attendees and those wishing to participate should register while seats are still available. The workshop is $25 for GSDBA members and $50 for non-members.
