Join Visionary Dance Theatre as they open their third season with Provocation & Divulgence . Olivia Newton-John

Robin Henkel
Robin Henkel’s music ranges from primitive Mississippi Delta blues and the urban Chicago sound to Texas-style western swing and beyond. An amazing blues slide guitarist, Henkel has been playing music since the ‘60s, both as a solo act and as a contributing band member. With the Robin Henkel Band he uses a variety of back-up musicians that he custom picks to fit each gig. He has opened for such top acts as Dizzie Gillespie, Bonnie Raitt, Arlo Guthrie, and Dave Mason. Henkel has also performed with Buddy Miles, John Hammond, Sha Na Na, and Big Jay McNealy.

Landscapes Rediscovered: Depression-era San Diego Paintings
Landscapes Rediscovered features rarely seen Depression-era landscape paintings from acclaimed San Diego artists Charles Reiffel, Maurice Braun, and others that feature familiar locations throughout San Diego County like Point Loma, Mt. Cuyamaca and Mission Hills.
Some of these historically significant works were commissioned by the federal government through the Works Progress Administration to beautify public spaces but have not been seen by the public in decades.
