San Diego Democrats for Equality’s annual lasagna dinner is Friday, Aug. 17, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Big Kitchen, 3003 Grape Street in Golden Hill. Attendees will have the opportunity to be served by prominent local political figures while enjoying vegetarian lasagna, along with salad, beverages and dessert. It provides an intimate opportunity for officeholders and constituents to talk during a busy election year. Tickets are $15 per person, or $25 for two.
“This traditional event is an easy and fun way to help the club raise money for our voter outreach program in this critical election year,” said Doug Case, president of Dems for Equality.
