Join other San Diegans Today, Tuesday, Feb. 7 at 6 p.m. at the Joyce Beers Community Center on Vermont Street in San Diego to celebrate today’s appeals court decision affirming the unconstitutionality of California’s Proposition 8. Better yet, join in the march from University Ave. and Sixth Ave. in Hillcrest to the Joyce Beers Community Center also at 6 p.m..
Community attendees are encouraged to bring signage to both the rally and the march.
What: Street Protest/Celebration, then proceed to Community Center Rally
Where: Meet at 6th Avenue and University Avenue, San Diego, CA 92103. Then proceed to the Joyce Beers Community Center, 3900 Vermont Street, San Diego, CA 92103.

I have filed a suit that is now before a panel of 3 Federal Judges to rule regarding large campaign contributions that are being used by super PACs. In particular National Organization for Marriage that is very active and having candidates take a “Pledge” to ban same-sex marriages nation wide. Details of suit are on-line.
