It’s another wedding celebration in New York as funny guy Conan O’Brien officiated the nuptials of longtime costume designer Scott Gornick and partner David Gorshein at their wedding extravaganza.

Conan’s TBS show has been a hit since he left primetime, due in part to the show’s desire to “push the envelope” – a welcome treat for Conan’s fans and newcomers alike.

David and Scott, the newlyweds, were unable to marry legally in California and had planned their nuptials in New York, where same-sex marriage is currently legal. Conan offered to officiate the wedding, and the TV show was scheduled to air the nuptials as the first same-sex marriage on late-night television.

Favorite quotes of the wedding included “Cameras or no cameras David, I’m here today and I’m yours forever” and “I hope everyone in the world can be lucky enough to have what we share.”
