SAN DIEGO –Join LGBT activists and allies Tuesday, October 11th, at 7:30 pm, at the National Council of Jewish Women, Room 103, 543 North Fairfax Avenue, Los Angeles CA 90036.
This past week, Equality California (EQCA) abandoned its effort to repeal Prop 8 in 2012.
EQCA’s decision comes despite its members’ favoring going to the ballot to repeal Prop 8, despite the town halls that EQCA held favoring being prepared to repeal Prop 8 if the Court case does not go well, and despite EQCA’s making numerous statements favoring 2012.
At Love Honor Cherish’s meeting, Tuesday, October 11, at 7:30 pm, we will discuss EQCA’s decision and the future of the fight for marriage equality in California.
This is an open discussion. Bring your ideas and your friends. There is no need to RSVP to attend the meeting.
