Eden celebrates grand re-opening to kick-off summer

Hillcrest’s popular nightspot Eden will reveal a reinvented restaurant to the public tomorrow, ringing in the first day of summer with a fresh menu and stylish new ambiance.

Ron Prestage will take the lead as the Eden restaurant’s new executive chef, providing patrons with elegant yet fuss-free food in a “colorful, casual and contemporary” atmosphere designed to reflect the surrounding Hillcrest community. Features of the new space include plant walls, fresh paint, new lighting and a glass garage door, rendering Eden the neighborhood’s ultimate “see and be seen” venue.

Menu highlights will range from “Ragin’ Cajun” jambalaya and succulent meatloaf burgers to cheese-doused tater tots, ahi tacos and refreshing summer salads…and of course excellent libations including beer, wine and specialty cocktails.
