Nashville resident Dr. Shanell L. McGoy serves as board chairperson for NASTAD and is the Director of HIV/STD for the Tennessee Department of Health. She oversees a more than $65 million investment in state and federal resources to support a comprehensive HIV/STD service delivery system through Epidemiology/Surveillance, HIV Prevention, STD Prevention, Ryan White Program Part B, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS, and Contracts/Finance.
