The Tom Homann San Diego LGBT Law Association is providing a free seminar on “Service Animals and Doggie Divorce.” The presentation will be on Friday, Sept. 15 at The Center in Hillcrest, Library Room, 3909 Centre Street in San Diego. Check-in will start at 5:45 p.m., with the program commencing at 6 p.m.
The one hour program will discuss what it takes to have a pet designated as a service or emotional support animal and when can businesses exclude animals from their premises. Pet custody after a divorce will also be covered. Non-attorneys are invited to attend and attorneys will receive one hour general CLE.
