Path2Parenthood to host LGBT family-building tents at Pride festivals nationwide

NEW YORK — National nonprofit, Path2Parenthood (P2P) (formerly known as The American Fertility Association), will host LGBT Family-Building Tents at Pride festivals nationwide, throughout June, and September. Locations are slated to include New York, Minnesota, and California. Each Path2Parenthood tent will house free materials produced by the organization, including handbooks for gay men, gay women, HIV positive individuals, and people who are transgender. Consultations on family-building options will also be provided.

“Our thanks to EMD Serono, IntegraMed, and Steven H. Snyder Law Firm, for their support of our LGBT Family-Building Tents at Pride Festivals in 2017,” said Ken Mosesian, Executive Director of Path2Parenthood. “Through their generous support, we are able to reach hundreds of LGBT hopeful parents with information that inspires action as they seek their unique path to having children,” he added.

This marks the tenth year that Path2Parenthood has had a presence at Pride festivals, as part of the organization’s commitment to serving all kinds of hopeful parents, and families. Other services the organization provides to the LGBT community include Gay Women’s Gathering: An Evening on Lesbian Pregnancy events, google hangouts, and podcasts. The organization also has pathways devoted to LGBT family building on its website at www.path2parenthood.org.
