NEW YORK — Gov. Andrew Cuomo instructed the Port Authority to light the One World Trade Center spire in the colors of transgender pride (blue, pink, and white) for the very first time March 31 — the International Transgender Day of Visibility.
Cuomo tweeted: “Tonight @OneWTC shines in honor of #TDOV and for the rights, respect and dignity of the transgender community.”
