google-hangout-photoNEW YORK — National nonprofit, Path2Parenthood (P2P) and fertility expert and life coach, Kristen Darcy, have teamed up to bring urgently needed information on post-election legal safeguards for gay parents and hopeful gay parents-to-be. The hangout will feature prominent attorneys, Debra E Guston, Esq., of Guston & Guston LLP, and Richard B. Vaughn, Esq., of the International Fertility Law Group.

The curriculum will include key actions gay parents must take, to protect their families, during a Trump presidency. Talking points will include potential changes to marriage equality, second-parent adoption and parentage procedures, plus passport, and birth certificate dos and don’ts, for children of gay parents.

“Given Path2Parenthood’s commitment to all hopeful parents, and all family constellations, we’ve created this hangout to help LGBT persons clearly understand what immediate and future steps they need to take, to protect their relationships and their families, and to provide a realistic timeline for the changes that may occur to marriage equality and a woman’s right to choose,” said Ken Mosesian, Path2Parenthood’s Executive Director.
