One of the two women caught on camera vandalizing Urban Mo’s in Hillcrest last month has been identified, CBS 8 in San Diego reports.The women were caught throwing stones at the bar. One of the women has been identified as 23-year-old Raquel Bonilla and she will be appearing in court this week.
