WASHINGTON, D.C.— Latino Victory Fund, Latino Decisions and Fusion released the results of a poll conducted on the last night of the Republican National Convention, Thursday July 21, 2016, after Donald Trump accepted the Republican nomination for President of the United States.
The poll assessed Latinos’ attitudes towards the Republican nominee and the Republican Party during the week of convention, and it is the last of nightly polls that were conducted to highlight Latinos’ sentiments and attitudes towards Trump. The polls also assessed the effect these sentiments have on their view of the Republican Party and on down-ballot candidates who are either supporting Trump or who have denounced him.
