Dubbed The Gilmore Boys, the hilarious new web series The You And The Me was created by popular HuffPo scribe/author Greg Archer (Grace Revealed, Shut Up, Skinny Bitches!) and actor/filmmaker Jeff Dinnel (Explode For Me). No topic is left unturned. Smart and wry, with witty banter and insights, the web series explores the different perspectives from which people approach existence and the opportunities they are given to find common ground in the middle.
THE LOWDOWN: Greg is a spiritual junkie. Jeff is an atheist. When a twist of fate brings the two men together, they turn to each other for support and unlikely friendship. Along the way, the guys ponder vacuous gay culture, Hollywood life, religion, and spirituality. But when one of them gets a “sign” that they are destined to create something big together, their lives suddenly become more intertwined. Can their alliance withstand a hilarious yet ongoing test of personal beliefs and the struggle to remain relevant?
The engaging new comedy is produced by Archer and Dinnell via 20 Milligrams Entertainment. Directed, written and edited by Dinnell. Archer also serves as co-writer.
