After Mississippi’s Gov. Phil Bryant signed House Bill 1523, the religious objections bill, into law on Tuesday Funny or Die have released a satirical Mississippi anti-gay tourism video that promises the state is “even worse than North Carolina.”
Against impressive visuals the voice over says: “Visit one of our soul food restaurants and swallow your sense of humanity. Toast to being the state with being the third highest teen pregnancy rate. Come dance your heart out without the fear of gay man or lesbian showing you up.”
And as a visitor you can, ” Walk among mansions previously inhabited by slave owners and now inhabited by bigots!”
