Charlie Sheen is facing a lawsuit from his ex-fiancée after revealing his HIV status on national television.
His ex-fiancée Scottine Ross has this week filed a lawsuit against the star, in which claims she was “forced” to sign an “illegal and unenforceable” non-disclosure agreement, reports Pink News.
While speaking about his status, Sheen had said that he told all his lovers about his HIV status – but Rossi, an adult film actor, claims the pair had sex at least five times before he disclosed his status.
The suit claims: “If Sheen had disclosed to Plaintiff that he was HIV positive when they met for the very first time, Plaintiff would never have engaged in sex with him, and the resulting relationship between the two would never have occurred,” according to the suit.
Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit.
