The lead lawyers have been selected who will argue in favor of same-sex marriage before the Supreme Court of the United States. The arguments are scheduled for April 28, 2015.
The lawyers selected are Ms. Mary Bonauto is a well-known LGBT advocate and lawyer for the plaintiffs from Michigan and Kentucky, along with a team of other lawyers that includes Carole Stanyar, Dana Nessel, Ken Mogill, and Robert Sedler. Ms. Bonauto will be answering the question “”Does the Fourteenth Amendment require a state to license a marriage between two people of the same sex?”
Co-Counsel with Ms. Bonauto will be Mr. Douglas Hallward-Driemeier, a former assistant U.S. solicitor general who is currently an appellate specialist in private practice and considered one of the top lawyers in the country. Hallward-Driemeier will present oral arguments on behalf of plaintiffs in Ohio and Tennessee and address the “Does the Fourteenth Amendment require a state to recognize a marriage between two people of the same sex when their marriage was lawfully licensed and performed out-of-state?”
The Supreme Court is expected to rule on the issue of national same-sex marriage in June.
The Homosexual Lobby is circulating a letter requesting President Obama bypass the legislative process by signing the Gay Bill of Special Rights (falsely dubbed the Employment Non-Discrimination Act) into law by Executive Order.
So the Supreme Court has a Presidential Gun held to their head, pass it or the President will, by executive Fiat, Game Over 😉
