Today, relatives of Alan Turing, the subject of the Oscar-award winning film The Imitation Game, delivered signatures from the Change.org petition calling for the more than 49,000 men who were convicted under the UK’s now revoked anti-gay laws to be pardoned like Turing was to British Prime Minister David Cameron at 10 Downing Street in London.
Rachel Barnes, 52, (great niece), Thomas Barnes, 21 (great great nephew) and Nevil Hunt (great nephew) delivered over half a million signatures from the petition that was started Jan. 26.
