When Todd remained silent on his position on the Jacobs Plan for Balboa Park for months–then voted to support the illegal and awful plan– he lost me.
I applaud his work for Barrio Logan and the Minimum wage, But do I trust him ? Do I think he will work to preserve and protect Balboa Park ?
Not so much.
