ues its renaissance, Babys at the Beach will be situated in the heart of the action at 874 Seacoast Drive, with the new Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel- Pier South and Cohn Restaurant Group- SEA 180 just to the North, the newly anticipated Coronado Brewing Company directly across the street to the East, the famous Imperial Beach Pier to the South and the beautiful Pacific Ocean to the west.
Co-owner, Christopher Stavros has owned a home at Seacoast & Ebony since 1999 and has believed in the City of Imperial Beach for the past 15 years. “When you discover a gem like IB, you want to celebrate it. What better way to celebrate a discovery than with a cupcake in hand?”
Co-owner, Rafael Del Rio is very hands on as the company’s Pastry Chef and creates all recipes and designs. He truly bakes from the heart and it shows.
