Harrah’s Rincon Casino & Resort will welcome the LGBT community Saturday, Oct. 5 from 1-5 p.m. as the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) hosts a blazing hot poolside party to kick-off North County Pride’s Pride @ The Beach in Oceanside.
HRC will be hosting Dive into Pride, a day of fun in the sun at Harrah’s Rincon. Dive into Pride will feature hot DJs and drink specials at their new expansive pool area that includes three pools, a lazy river, and Southern California’s only swim up bar. This will be the first and only official Pride pre-party ever to hit North County! Plus as part of their commitment to promote safe driving, Harrah’s Rincon and HRC will be providing a VIP roundtrip bus from Hillcrest to Harrah’s Rincon for only $10! All proceeds from this event will be going to HRC.
Harrah’s is proud to support its LGBT community and hopes more allies join the equality cause. “Harrah’s Rincon and Caesars Entertainment are strongly committed to equality,” stated Janet Beronio, regional president and general manager. “We are proud to support HRC in their efforts on behalf of this cause.”
HRC made headlines just last month with their annual Gala. Held at the U.S. Grant, the event raised awareness for the future of the HRC and the LGBT community. It included the who’s who of the community Including interim Mayor Todd Gloria and celebrity guest ally Justin Bartha.
