Morgan Page and Monica to headline San Diego LGBT Pride

SAN DIEGO –  At a special event last Friday night at the 1202 Nightclub, San Diego LGBT Pride’s staff and volunteers were on hand to announce that R&B and hip-hop sensation, Monica, and the wildly popular DJ,  Morgan Page, will be the headliners for the San Diego LGBT Pride Festival July 13 – 14.  Freedom to Love and Marry is the theme of the 2013 celebration.

DJ Morgan Page had this to say about his involvement in the annual celebration, “I’m excited to be a part of this year’s San Diego Pride, as I believe everyone deserves the freedom to love and marry. It’s a pleasure to give back to my fans in the LGBT community who have supported my music over the years.”

“It’s both an honor and pleasure to perform and participate in Pride.  I look forward to sharing the universal language we all call music as we celebrate love, freedom and togetherness! God Bless,” said Monica Denise Brown, professionally known as Monica.
