The Imperial Court de San Diego will once again be sponsoring a Children’s Easter Egg Hunt at Trolley Barn Park in University Heights Sunday, March 31 12-3 p.m.
Allan Spyere, president of the board of directors, Imperial Court de San Diego and City Commissioner Nicole Murray Ramirez, founder of the Children’s Easter Egg Hunt have written an open letter encouraging the community to support the event.
From the letter:
For the last 9 years, the GLBT community has sponsored a Children’s Easter Egg Hunt at Trolley Barn Park in University Heights.
Last year almost 600 children from ages 1-12 years old and their family had a wonderful Easter Sunday with every child leaving with an Easter basket.
This wonderful event is sponsored by the Imperial Court, GLBT Community Center and Council President Todd Gloria.
This year our special “Honorary Chair” and host will be the First Lady of San Diego; Bronwyn Ingram.
We need your support as an even bigger crowd is expected this year. Can you make a financial donation or collect baskets?
