City Ballet’s The Nutcracker

But this is no ordinary Nutcracker as Clara learns that very night. After a great battle with the Mouse King, the Nutcracker turns into a Prince. He takes Clara on a magic journey through the Land of the Snow to the Kingdom of the Sweets, where the Sugar Plum Fairy honors the couple with entertainment from around the world.

The Beauty in the Beast: Crafting Creatures by Neville Page

The exhibition will display the original designs from blockbuster films Page has worked on such as Prometheus (2012), Super 8 (2011) and the television series Falling Skies (2011-2012), among others. It showcases Page’s use of traditional media as well as digital tools such as Photoshop and Zbrush to create fantastic creatures and exotic characters.

Trevor Davis is a pop, rock and soul singer/songwriter from San Diego. Using rich metaphors and clever play on words, Davis’ music is both thought provoking and meaningful.
