Being Alive, the largest continually operating support service organization for people living with HIV, will pre-launch their Ribbons of Hope fundraising campaign Oct. 26, 5-7 p.m. at Bamboo Lounge, 1475 University Ave. in Hillcrest.
The Ribbons of Hope campaign will run from Nov. 1–Jan. 1, 2013 and involves 42 local businesses that will ask their customers to make a $1 or $5 donation to Being Alive.
