The San Diego County Democratic Party is pleased to welcome Chris Mooney as this year’s Keynote speaker. In his newest book, “The Republican Brain,” journalist Mooney explores brain scans, polls, and psychology experiments that explain why conservatives oppose new ideas and refuse to let facts affect their beliefs.
