Auntie Helen’s Fluff n’ Fold, which provides free laundry services for people with AIDS throughout San Diego County, will be celebrating the completion of their first major renovation with a rededication and re-opening ceremony Thursday, April 19 6-9 p.m. at 4028 30th Street in San Diego.
Auntie Helen’s started in the garage of founder, Gary Cheatham in 1988. The thrift store that supports the laundry service opened in 1990.
