VIDEO: LGBT activists Robin Tyler and Diane Olson to divorce

Robin Tyler has reportedly filed for divorce from Diane Olson on Jan. 25 according to reports at LGBT POV. Tyler’s Facebook page reflected a newly-announced ‘separation’ from her partner Thursday.

Tyler and Olson were the first lesbian couple who filed the first lawsuit in 2004 against the state of California to win same-sex marriage rights. The couple married in Southern California.

“We’re human and we went through difficult times,” Tyler said in an interview with NBC4.

In 2008, Tyler and Olson were judges of floats in the San Diego Pride Parade.

  1. what a crockoshat…now who do people look up to when everyone divorces and we claim to have better stats being gay???!!!??? in the day at least i’d b w the one i love and not bs

  2. Huh? Who ever said gays have better stats? It hasn’t been long enough for there to be real US stats. The countries with “gay marriage” for years show lesbian have the highest divorce rate, then gay men, and lastly heterosexual couples. Sweden and Norway.
