A transgender woman suspected of practicing cosmetic surgery without a license is facing criminal charges after she injected a patient with  doses of unsafe substances including a concoction of tire mender sold under the brand Fix-A-Flat, Super Glue, and mineral oil and other toxic substances.

The patient was admitted to the hospital with severe illnesses. Police tracked the woman, Oneal Ron Morris, 30, down, and arrested her Friday, following an investigation by the Florida Department of Health.

The illegal cosmetic surgery was a butt-implant procedure that sent the unwitting patient to the emergency room with severe complications.

“They agreed on the price of $700 for the procedure, which was intended for cosmetic purposes,” Sgt. William Bamford said.

All of the woman’s illegal medical procedures were said to have occurred in a home setting.

“[A] short time later, she develops very serious pains, abdomen, throughout her body,” Bamford told the network affiliate. “She knows something’s wrong.”

The patient suffered infection and pneumonia and police suspect there are other patients who have undergone similar procedures and are urged to come forward.
