San Diego Feeling Good (SDFG) is holding their Feeling Good Roundup this upcoming Labor Day weekend, Sept. 2-4 at the Handlery Hotel, 950 Hotel Circle North in San Diego.
SDFG’s mission is to work together to create a celebration of the LGBT recovery community. SDFG recognizes that the rates of alcoholism and addiction are especially high in the LGBT community, and that LGBT individuals seeking to recover from these addictions have needs and issues beyond those of the larger population.
The Roundup includes a full program of open meetings, Al-Anon meetings, recovery workshops, entertainment and social events.
This year’s conference includes more workshops than ever including a new track of workshops for “Recovery Basics”. This new track includes workshops focusing on Service, Sponsorship, the 4th Step and Forgiveness and is perfect for newcomers and oldtimers alike.
